September 27 + 28 | Autumn Market - "Pils trifft Pilz"
Colorful and vibrant like autumn – around the tried-and-tested motto "Pilsner meets Mushroom", the TKS has once again put together an atmospheric variety of autumnal market activities for the last weekend of September, September 27th and 28th, on Wilhelmsplatz and the Haus des Gastes, which will get visitors in the mood for the golden season. Additionally, several of the city's merchants will open their doors on Sunday from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.
Visitors can look forward to numerous exhibitors offering their unique and lovingly crafted products at the autumn market. The assortment includes handmade creations made from a wide variety of materials, arts and crafts and autumnal decorative items, socks, leg warmers, cards, handicrafts, soaps, as well as culinary delights such as Wittgenstein liqueur specialties, spices, and honey products.
"Mushroom meets Pilsner"
The market's motto is reflected in the culinary offerings at the many food stalls. Delicious regional delicacies, hearty, rustic mushroom dishes, as well as waffles, cakes, crepes, and, of course, freshly tapped pilsner will satisfy every taste. The Bosch Lounge, the cozy beer garden, invites you to sample the various beers from the regional craft brewery. Whether you want to relax in the late summer sun, meet friends, or simply watch the hustle and bustle, everyone will find their place here. The "pilsner" beer will be provided during the market by the Bad Laaspher craft brewery Bosch. All beers are brewed according to traditional family recipes and the slow brewing concept. You can taste the traditional brewing art and love for the product with every sip. All beers will be available at the beverage stand during the market.
"Mushroom Museum"
A colorful program of activities will be put together for our younger guests, including a fantastic children's program full of fun and adventure! In addition to the playground equipment in the city garden, there is a large children's corner with a bouncy castle in front of the guest house. The outdoor games purchased by the TKS can once again be enjoyed extensively on a large play course. Whether it's the giant Jenga tower, the XXL Connect Four, the throwing game, or the big Ludo, there's something for everyone!
Bad Laasphe will be open for business from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.! Several of the town's retailers will be opening their doors and looking forward to welcoming visitors.
Musical entertainment will be provided on Sunday by the duo "Everest," creating a lively atmosphere on the outdoor stage starting at noon.
The autumn market stalls on Wilhelmsplatz and in the Haus des Gastes are open Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Shops in Bad Laasphe are open Sunday from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.
The TKS, all exhibitors, retailers, and restaurateurs look forward to your visit to celebrate the start of autumn together in Bad Laasphe!
